About the project
DoaD Labs (Diagnostics at Doorstep) is a digital health platform designed to bring diagnostic services—specifically blood testing—directly to patients’ homes. The mobile app allows users to schedule tests, track appointments, and securely access lab reports from anywhere, eliminating the need for clinic visits or physical paperwork. The goal: simplify diagnostic healthcare while enhancing privacy, accessibility, and trust.
our role
We were responsible for the full-cycle development of the DoaD Labs app, covering:
Scoping – Gathering requirements, defining user flows, and mapping technical needs
Design – Creating user-centric UI/UX for both patients and diagnostic teams
Development – Building a scalable, secure mobile app with booking, location, and reporting features
Testing – Ensuring quality, performance, and security through rigorous QA
Deployment – Launching the app across major platforms with monitoring and support

ux & technical solutions
Intuitive Booking Flow: We implemented a 3-tap booking system, guiding users through test selection, scheduling, and address input with minimal effort.
Responsive Design: The app was optimized for various screen sizes, including older devices, to serve a broader user base.
Secure Report Delivery: Encrypted data handling and password-protected reports ensured complete privacy and regulatory compliance.
Scalable Architecture: Modular backend allowed for rapid onboarding of new tests, labs, and regions without overhauling the system.
Performance Optimization: Real-time notifications and automated status tracking provided transparency and reduced anxiety around waiting.
